Sherb's Toolbox of Fashion: Hey Chickies! My name is Shelbi and I was born, raised, and currently live in the Dallas area. My obsession with fashion started and a young age paused for a rebellious tomboy phase then started right back up for my teenage years. Ever since then there has been nothing to stand in my way. I’ve been an avid window shopper and magazine looker of the top brands in fashion knowing the thousands of dollars it would take just to own one piece.
